About The Position

Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and dependable Server / Order Taker to join our Senior Living dining team. This position provides table-side service to residents, takes meal orders using a computer or tablet, and ensures all dietary needs and allergies are followed accurately.The ideal candidate is computer literate, organized, a quick learner, and able to stand for long periods. Experience in senior living or healthcare dining is a plus.

Requirements

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Computer literate and comfortable using tablets or POS systems
• Knowledge of special diets (low sodium, diabetic, heart healthy, puree, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with good time management
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• High School Diploma/GED
• ServSafe certification if required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living or healthcare dining
• 1+ years of dining services experience

Responsibilities
