Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a physical exam and TB screening
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English
- Availability to work every weekend on a consistent schedule
- A positive, respectful attitude and commitment to teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests in the Assisted Living dining room
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them using the POS system
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed
- Clean and reset tables and service areas between meals and at end of shift
- Restock service stations and perform side work to support dining room operations
- Maintain sanitation and infection control standards
- Communicate resident concerns or feedback to supervisor as needed
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver an outstanding dining experience
