About The Position

As a Server, your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be the face of the Restaurant. We are looking for team member to work AM and/or PM shifts. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverages with class and style adding to the wonderful start of a new day of the guest's dream vacation. As a server, you will be a key contributor of driving our guests' happiness by treating each guest experience as its own, sharing your extensive menu knowledge to drive the guest experience.

Requirements

As an H-2B Server, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing attentive, courteous, and professional service. This includes greeting guests warmly, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery of meals while adhering to the establishment’s service standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, and assisting in the setup and breakdown of tables. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to address guest needs efficiently and resolve any concerns. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase cultural exchange and hospitality skills, contributing to a welcoming and memorable environment for every guest.
