Essential Functions Greet the guest and take all food and beverage orders. Ensure all orders are accurate with requests and substitutions. Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions. Pre and post bus tables in assigned station. Always maintain a clean dining area. Responsible for receiving all payments accurately and timely. Performing necessary opening/closing and side work duties. Prepare food items for guests such including appetizers, sides and desserts. Assist other servers with their tables. Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards. Follow safety and security procedures. Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations. Adhere to attendance and reliability standards. Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.
