In this fast-paced, full-service role, you’ll manage your station with attention and care, delivering prompt, accurate, and exceptional service in a fast-paced, full-service environment. You’ll confidently guide guests through our menu, work closely with the kitchen and dining teams, and ensure every visit feels special. Requirements

  • You’ve got at least 1-2 years of full-service experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple tables and courses — and you don’t flinch during a rush.
  • You can talk wine, specials, allergies, or recommendations without breaking your stride.
  • You have strong POS knowledge, great communication skills, and can handle cash accurately.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Food Safety Certification (or willing to get it within 60 days).
  • You’ve got hustle, maturity, and a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own your section with confidence, flow, and attention to detail.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and guide them through the menu with knowledge and professionalism.
  • Take orders accurately, move with urgency, and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar.
  • Plate check, polish glassware, and make sure every dish leaves your hands looking right.
  • Monitor guest needs, handle issues with grace, and always make that last impression count.
  • Support your team, whether you’re helping bussers, runners, or jumping in at the host stand.
  • Foster a welcoming environment through the relationships you build with our guests.
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness protocols — the right way, every time.
