About The Position

The Fort at Bluejack National is seeking a friendly, attentive, and hardworking Server to provide excellent service in both the diner and pool areas. This is a family-oriented, high-volume position with frequent interaction with children and families. Servers must be able to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering great guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Experience working in family-friendly or high-volume environments is a plus
• Comfortable interacting with children and maintaining a calm, positive demeanor
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and peak seasons
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in the diner and pool areas in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Provide patient and attentive service to a high number of children and families
• Assist guests with menu questions, including kid-friendly options and non-alcoholic beverages
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, especially during spring, summer, weekends, and holidays
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and stations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Handle payments accurately using the POS system
