About The Position
Join the team at our Exclusive Beach Club located directly on the beautiful Gulf coast at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. As a Server, you will deliver elevated, personalized service in a relaxed yet refined open-air beachfront setting. This role requires energy, poise, and a passion for hospitality while creating unforgettable experiences for our club members and guests. Requirements
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all members and guests
- Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality standards are met
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, food runners, and culinary team
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and resort standards
- Stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30–40 pounds
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop
- Must be able to serve food and drinks walking across the sand to beach chairs
- Work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, wind, and occasional rain
- Tolerate direct sun exposure and high temperatures
- Move quickly and safely across sand, deck surfaces, and tiled areas
- Maintain stamina and a positive attitude during peak service times
- Safely navigate wet floors and crowded dining areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Previous serving experience preferred (resort or upscale dining experience a plus)
