About The Position

Provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to restaurant guests in accordance with outlet standards. Assuring that guests have an exceptional, exciting and fun dining experience

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Six months’ experience in Dining Room operations beneficial. On-the-job training available.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Display strong work ethic and team work.

Responsibilities

Responsible for acknowledging guest in a friendly and timely manner while consistently maintaining a high level of standards.
Responsible for obtaining payment for food and beverage service.
Responsible for providing introductions, taking orders from guests, recommending food choices (suggestive selling), and presenting food in accordance with outlet standards.
Assisting with clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes, and all other aspects of service to ensure the satisfaction of the whole dining experience.
Maintain dining room and workstation cleanliness, sanitation and organization throughout and at end of shift.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
Other duties as assigned.
