Banks Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, energetic, and above all, organized professional to join our service department. This is a permanent, full-time position backing up the Service desk, Basic Care desk, and Service BDC. The job is primarily working in the BDC, but filling in whenever a service advisor is out. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, and communicating them to the technicians, communicating with the customer thorough out the repair process and providing estimates to the customer, managing warranties, and finalizing invoices. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, contacting customers with special order parts, providing estimates, and replying to any customer inquiry.
