About The Position

O'Steen Volkswagen & Subaru is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This is not an entry-level customer service role - this is a performance-based position with strong earning potential and long-term career growth. You will work in a stable, busy service department with strong technician retention and consistent workflow. Our Service Manager was a 2024 Service Manager of the Year recipient from Volkswagen, and our dealership has earned Best of Georgia recognition from the Georgia Business Journal. Requirements

Strong communication and sales ability
Proven customer service experience (automotive preferred)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable using dealership software and digital inspection tools
Motivated by performance-based income
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be able to pass Background test/ Drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience is preferred but not required for the right high-performing candidate.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and build long-term relationships
Listen carefully to customer concerns and document accurately
Create detailed repair orders and estimates
Present recommended services confidently and ethically
Manage repair timelines and communicate status updates
Work closely with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Monitor and manage performance metrics including gross profit, hours per RO, and customer satisfaction
