About The Position

Our ideal candidate will be a dependable, team-player with experience working within a diesel dealership environment. This is a hands-on position that requires leading by example. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet customers promptly and courteously Work with customers to clearly translate repair needs to techs Write repair orders Schedule repairs to maximize work efficiency and quality of work performed Work with customers on scheduling repairs in the shop Check and review work in process and follow-up for completion as scheduled while exceeding the customer’s expectations Organize daily work and assist in assigning jobs to mechanics Record keeping, filing, and GPS tracking Maintain Driver Vehicle Inspection Program Assist with rental equipment check-in/check-outs
