Audi Pembroke Pines, a proud member of the Holman Automotive Group, is looking for a professional and customer-focused Audi Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high-performing service team. Our Service Advisors are responsible for maintaining clear communication between the service department and our clients, ensuring that clients are informed about the status of their vehicle and any necessary services. This position requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage client expectations throughout the service process. Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm and every third Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Compensation: Employees can expect to earn $80,000 in their first year, with earning potential based on their personal performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a premium automotive environment.
  • High School Diploma and at least one year of related sales experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring an efficient and courteous service experience.
  • Assess customer needs and determine the appropriate course of action, obtaining approval for recommended services.
  • Provide customers with accurate service estimates, including cost and time of completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand necessary repairs and maintenance and offer recommendations for additional services when applicable.
  • Have knowledge of warranty coverage, service policies, and insurance processes.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, providing updates as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
