Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and create a positive customer experience.
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology and software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior automotive experience required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of Service Advisor experience (any brand).
  • Experience using CDK service/repair order management software.
  • Experience working with or around Subaru vehicles or Subaru service processes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage service appointments, customer information, and service history.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and updates.
  • Partner with technicians and the service team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely service delivery.
