Your Purpose as a Service Appointment Coordinator: Answer incoming phone calls for the Lexus Service Department, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers. Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and service department availability. Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customer concerns and service requests are clearly understood and properly scheduled. Provide basic information about services, appointment availability, and general service department questions. Assist in coordinating customer needs between the phone, service advisors, and the service department to ensure a smooth service experience. Maintain a professional demeanor on the phone and in person while assisting customers. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
