About The Position

The Service Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring service requests are handled efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with builders and homeowners. This position works closely with internal teams to coordinate service schedules, resolve order issues, and ensure customers receive timely support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders by providing professional and responsive service
  • Monitor builder schedules and set clear expectations regarding service timelines and requests
  • Research and order missing inventory to resolve incomplete orders
  • Coordinate closely with the scheduling, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure service issues are resolved efficiently
  • Follow established department workflows and service procedures
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain communication with field technicians
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on service requests to maintain high customer satisfaction
