About the position

Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position involves processing incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians, dispatching technicians, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, maintaining records and files, and assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
  • Ability to multitask
