About The Position

This is not an entry level position. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years work experience in large shop or dealership setting including previous management experience. Required schedule will include some evenings and weekends. In the Service Drive Manager role, you will be working directly with service department staff to ensure shop productivity, department growth, and employee adherence to Kendall and manufacturer policies and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and develop, supervise, and review marketing efforts for the department. Successful candidate will have the required experience, a history of superior CSI, the proven ability to expand department sales, and the ability to motivate staff and assist with all department processes. Requirements
