Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $65,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

Experience with CNC machines, either repairing and servicing or operating at a high level
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical skills.
Hydraulic and pneumatic experience is a plus
Ability to travel Monday and Friday throughout the United States for three weeks out of the month.

Nice To Haves

A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but NOT required, ESPECIALLY if you have industry experience.
Prior military experience is a plus
