About The Position

The Service Greeter ensures a smooth, organized, and professional experience for every service guest by managing vehicle flow, assisting customers, and maintaining an efficient service drive.

Ability to safely operate automatic and manual vehicles
Friendly, professional communication skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Commitment to safety and maintaining a professional appearance
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
Valid driver's license and good driving record
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and direct them appropriately
Verify appointments and document vehicle details (VIN, mileage, condition walk-around)
Manage service lane traffic and parking, including loaner vehicle coordination
Safely move and park vehicles with a zero-damage standard
Prepare vehicles for service (seat covers, floor mats, ID tags)
Return vehicles to customers at pick-up and thank them for their business
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive
Deliver keys and repair orders to service advisors promptly
Follow all safety policies and report any incidents immediately
