About The Position

The Window & Door Service Technician | Operations & Warehouse Lead plays a critical, hands-on role in ensuring the successful execution of servicing residential window and door. This position blends skilled installation work with operational coordination and warehouse oversight to ensure every project is properly prepared, efficiently executed, and completed to Window World standards. This role is responsible for servicing and installing window and door products in the field, coordinating materials and logistics for scheduled installations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives on organization, and proactively solves problems to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.

Requirements

  • Must have the knowledge and ability necessary for servicing removing and installing windows and doors.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have persistence and strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work product.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally remove and replace residential windows and doors in accordance with Window World installation standards and guidelines.
  • Complete all finishing work, including trim, insulation, sealing, and caulking, to ensure a clean, high-quality final product.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve jobsite issues efficiently to avoid delays, rescheduling, or extended service/ installation time.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence on every jobsite, answering homeowner questions as needed.
  • Collect completion certificates, customer surveys, and final payments if needed, upon project completion.
