Responsibilities

• Schedule all appointments requested from call center for customer pickup and delivery appointments
• Responsible for pick up and delivery driver’s work schedule
• Coordinate and assign all driver staff for pick up and delivery transfers of customer’s cars
• Ensure all pick up and deliveries are handled timely and efficiently for customer satisfaction
• Reports to Service management team
