About The Position

Crain Kia of Bentonville is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the service department by ensuring vehicles are properly handled, moved, and prepared for customers. This role also includes shuttle driving responsibilities to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Porter or similar role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a shuttle vehicle and follow all traffic laws.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely between service bays, customer parking, and other designated areas.
• Clean and prepare vehicles for service and customer delivery, including washing and vacuuming.
• Operate shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership as needed.
• Assist service technicians by retrieving parts, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized service lot and work area.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues to service management.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated areas and secured properly.
