We are looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team at our BMW Service Center in Fort Lauderdale.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Friendly and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to listen carefully and retain information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them, and forward as appropriate.
  • Greet employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by embodying our mission and values.
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department: sales, service, or parts.
  • Use professional telephone etiquette and communication techniques.
  • Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
  • Make follow-up calls related to Service department functions.
  • Assist management with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Support departmental projects and perform general administrative duties without disrupting call flow.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
