Requirements

  • Chevy experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven leadership experience in a dealership service department
  • Ability to motivate and mentor technicians
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workflow of service technicians
  • Dispatch work efficiently to maximize shop productivity
  • Assist technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time
  • Maintain high standards for quality control and comebacks
  • Monitor flagged hours, efficiency, and technician performance
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to technicians
  • Ensure compliance with Chevy warranty procedures and policies
  • Promote safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Manager to meet department goals
