About The Position

We are seeking Part-Time RN Service Supervisors to support clients and caregivers across the greater Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties . This flexible role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships with clients, supporting caregivers, and ensuring high-quality care in the home environment. Assignments are territory-based and scheduled as close as possible to your home. Availability may include days, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on client needs. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience in home care, home health, geriatrics, or community-based nursing preferred
  • Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client-centered care
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Successful completion of background check, drug screening, TB screening, and healthcare registry check

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home care, home health, geriatrics, or community-based nursing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide caregiver orientation, training, and supervision on care plan implementation
  • Perform periodic supervisory visits to ensure quality care and client satisfaction
  • Monitor client status and communicate updates with families and healthcare providers when needed
  • Educate clients and families on safety, wellness, and supportive care practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency standards
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for caregivers and clients
