Service Technician - Power Sections
About The Position
Service Technician is responsible for the tool repair, schedules, and records, including meeting deadlines or requests needed to fill orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained. Monitor inventory levels and work with inventory and rework departments to ensure tools are turned in a timely manner. Use basic hand tools to repair minor imperfections to threads. Assures that all rotors and stators meet the quality standards, engineering specifications, and customer requirements according to OEM. Ensure for stators: Mic, measure cutbacks and stencil with size lobe size and stage, date received and fit. Ensure rotors are always handled and stored properly. Ensure proper stator fit and rubber pulled for all job requests. Complete all quality records and documentation required. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure, and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to comprehend production requirements.
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English language fluently.
- Ability to operate torque machine, overhead crane, forklift, and other related equipment.
- Ability to read tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
