About The Position

EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN / SHOP FOREMAN Fairfield Volkswagen 6065 Dixie Highway / Route 4, Fairfield, OH 45014 (Just 2 miles off I-275, across from Mikes Car Wash) Shift Into Your New Role as a Shop Foreman: Fairfield Volkswagen has a need for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to serve as our Shop Foreman. Applicant will mentor and train our Technicians, most of which are certified. The Foreman will assist our Technicians with proper diagnostic techniques and repair procedures. The Shop Foreman will turn hours each week as well. Requirements

• 5+ years of current experience as a Service Technician or Foreman; certifications required - master preferred
• Valid drivers license: driving record satisfactory to company
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely, daily
• High school grad/GED
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train Technicians
• Assist Technicians with proper diagnostic techniques and repair procedures
• Turn hours each week
