About The Position

Euro-Wall is seeking a motivated Service Technician to inspect, repair, and service high-performance window and door systems at residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working in the field, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background screening
• 2+ years of window installation or related construction experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Basic construction, math, and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 175 lbs and work with heavy materials/equipment

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair window and door systems at customer sites
• Troubleshoot product issues and implement solutions
• Travel to job sites (primarily within Florida , occasional U.S. travel)
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
