The Role: As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing industrial water treatment systems such as boilers, cooling towers, and chemical feed systems. You will work directly with clients to ensure their systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial water treatment systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the water treatment industry or a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License, ability to pass company motor vehicle record (MVR) standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial water treatment equipment.
  • Install, calibrate, and service chemical feed systems at customer locations.
  • Conduct water testing and analysis to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
  • Document service visits, including test results, repairs, and customer recommendations.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers regarding system operations.
  • Respond to service calls and conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve solutions for clients.
