About The Position
Envoi Apts. (LCOR) is currently seeking an skilled Service Technician to join our team! The Service Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Community Management
- Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations.
- Must be available for night/weekend call duty.
- Must be able to work during inclement weather.
- HVAC certification required
- Must have the knowledge and ability to perform the following duties: Plumbing repairs, Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms, Appliance repairs, Electrical repairs, Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs
Responsibilities
- Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Service Manager.
- Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc.
- Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc.
- Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices.
- Plumbing repairs
- Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms
- Appliance repairs
- Electrical repairs
- Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs
