About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team! We are seeking motivated technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of automotive technician experience in a dealership setting.
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate pay structure.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Perform maintenance and repair services including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brake systems
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional service needs
• Complete repairs efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Work closely with service advisors and parts departments to ensure timely repairs
