The Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The schedule foe this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, or until the daily work is completed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
  • Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
  • Electrical and mechanical experience
  • Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
  • Purchase parts and supplies, and track inventory
  • Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
  • Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
