About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and ensure platform performance, security, and optimization. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about process optimization, innovation, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator with expertise in large-scale implementations.
  • Advance level scripting (java script, glideRecord, UI scripts)
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize the full lifecycle of ServiceNow platform operations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in ServiceNow Product Integrations and Integration Hub.
  • Experience with predictive intelligence, flow designers, mobile agent setups, and virtual agents.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
  • Lead system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure the security of the platform by managing access controls, roles, and accounts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using technologies like REST and SOAP.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and process workflows.
  • Stay updated with emerging ServiceNow features and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain compliance and secure configurations.
