About The Position

Partner with technology and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for new ServiceNow processes or improvements to current processes. Coordinate workshops, demos, and training on ServiceNow solutions and be able to speak to process best practices. Assemble user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfers. Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements. Support unit testing, UAT, and customer validation, ensuring business objectives are met. Build strong relationships and demonstrate a deep knowledge for ServiceNow with end users. Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • 2-3 years of experience designing and implementing processes on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience eliciting requirements and designing solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation and deliver end user training.
  • Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and executing tests.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL V4 certification.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer credentials.
  • Agile experience is highly favorable.
  • Financial Services experience/knowledge.
