We are seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to join our team creating innovative and tailored solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in core out of the box ITSM modules, application development, integration, and scripting (JavaScript), with a strong understanding of IT service management processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration and 1+ years designing ServiceNow Architecture, data designs or overall ServiceNow Architecture
- 3 + years in JavaScript development, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow-specific languages (e.g., GlideScript)
- US Citizenship required
Nice To Haves
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certifications
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow Custom applications
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, flows, and modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Create and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Work closely with federal stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with a focus on out of the box implementation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing in best practices
- Conduct code reviews and testing (utilizing ServiceNow ATF) to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business needs
