Job Description: Responsibilities: Support the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules (e.g., IRM, ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, etc.). Collaborate with senior consultants and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and client training. Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps in a clear and reusable way. Contribute to practice growth by supporting proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives. Engage with senior team members to understand the business side of consulting, including client relationship management and opportunity development. Desired Skills Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, or REST APIs a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise service management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
