About The Position

The ServiceNow ITOM Enterprise Architect will lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, IT operations, and cloud/hybrid environments.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• Strong experience with CMDB design, data governance, and CSDM
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, MID Servers
• Experience in cloud & hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong architectural, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow ITOM Architect or Implementation Specialist certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Define ITOM architecture and roadmap on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead implementation of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
• Design scalable CMDB architecture, data models, and governance standards
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to delivery teams
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business and operational requirements into solutions
• Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and production issues
