The Role NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Practice Strategist (HRSD) . Our Practice Strategists are recognized thought leaders in the market. They are a key member of our Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Practice Leader to ensure we develop and share our point of view on the ServiceNow HR - Employee solutions. If you enjoy engaging with clients to understand their needs while sharing our experience and perspective, this just might be the role for you! Establish the HR - Employee Practice roadmap of prioritized solutions aligned with NewRocket strategy and Service Now-Global Solutions Framework that differentiate us in the market. Activate high value, differentiated sales plays by Capability teams within the practice. Developing our learning curriculum for crew members within the HRSD - Employee practice. Build external relationships with ServiceNow product and partner enablement teams aligned to the Practice, to ensure we are the leader and go to from the ServiceNow perspective. Provide coaching and mentoring for team members in an inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • 10 Years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting industry
  • 8 Years of experience in Delivery Management and people management, within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • High-level techno functional architecture abilities.
  • Experience in Billable Utilization management
  • In depth understanding of the ServiceNow HRSD/Employee practice area
  • Understanding of AI in relation to HR operations and practices
  • Results-driven, objective, and growth-oriented
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills: ability to simplify complex situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all organizational levels
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate team members.

  • Proven and successful global delivery experience across global time zones

Responsibilities

  • Work with Practice Architect, Practice Capability Leaders, collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales to define Deal solutions.
  • Review and approve proposals and SOWs through deal reviews, including Pursuit QAs (PQAs)
  • Engage on Client delivery as Subject Matter Expert to advise clients and guide engagement teams to drive high customer satisfaction
  • Provide input to Practice Leader on strategic priorities, headcount planning and talent development
  • Mentor and inspire teams to deliver innovative solutions, and work with NewRocket University on certification strategy
  • Mentor and empower Practice Capability teams to drive thought leadership.
  • Partner with Strategy and Marketing to create content; ensure participation and high-quality submissions to public events such as ServiceNow Knowledge
