We are currently searching for a Servicenow : Responsibilities: Design and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience. Develop and implement Performance Analytics solutions for data-driven insights. Conduct technical reviews of existing setups and provide best practice recommendations aligned with OEM standards. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and ensure all developments follow industry best practices. Utilize HTML coding and Jelly script for advanced platform customization. Requirements: 5+ years of dedicated experience with ServiceNow . 8+ years of total experience within the IT Industry . Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics . Proven experience in Service Portal development . Advanced technical skills in HTML and Jelly scripting . Desired: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Application Developer (CAD). Experience with recent ServiceNow releases (Washington/Vancouver). Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
