We're looking for a Serving Attendant to join our culinary team at Windows on the Water, our signature restaurant overlooking the tranquil waters of Lake Barkley. As a Serving Attendant, you'll be more than just a line sever—you’ll be a leader, trainer, and vital part of keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Requirements
- Ability to work in team setting and on your own.

Responsibilities
- Take guest drink and food orders while upselling the menu.
- Serve drinks and meals to guests in the dining room and conference center with appropriate condiments.
- Prepare for events including rolling silverware and folding napkins and linens.
- Run the cash register.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining room.
- Deliver the most pleasant experience for our guests.
- Enforce departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
