Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred, or similar work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors.
  • Problem-Solving-Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external banking partners.

Responsibilities

  • Funds Movement and Payments: The Movement of high volume and time sensitive daily Customer Payments to the Trust/Investors as well as the movement of funds to pay for Visa/MasterCard purchases.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting—Reconcile bank accounts and the Internal system of record to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensuring all accounts are balanced.
  • Managing Exceptions-Investigating discrepancies, rejected payments, and missing funds and reporting issues to Payment Processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and support for all Settlements, supporting audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Record and Track various Customer Payment types to identify payment trends to provide to Management.
