Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, College Degree preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service setting
• Good problem solving skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent task organization skills and ability to multitask
• Above average numeracy/mental math skills
• Data entry skills 8000+kph or 40 wpm minimum
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
• Direct experience in transportation/logistics is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of daily and weekly settlements for owner-operators, agents and brokerage carriers
• Setup, audit, and review recurring deductions and unit accounting history
• Provide customer service in a call center environment, answering questions on completed settlements and first level inquiries concerning received paperwork and status of settlements in process.
• Assist in preparation of month-end reports
• Assist the settlements manager with any special projects
• Other duties as assigned.
