Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic math and blueprint-reading skills
- Willingness to learn ERP systems (we use IQMS)
- Safe and steady hands (you’ll be using cranes and stacking systems)
- Someone who works hard and plays well with others!
Responsibilities
- Setting up and removing molds for production runs
- Cleaning and prepping machines to keep operations smooth
- Starting up equipment and making sure parts look great and run efficiently
- Teaming up with operators, sharing guidance, and even stepping in when needed
- Keeping an eye on part quality, solving problems on the fly, and hitting production goals
- Staying safe and locked in (yes, we teach lockout/tagout!)
