About The Position

As a member of the Seven Falls team, this position will drive shuttle passenger vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner, obeying traffic laws, adhering to park policies and complying with all regulations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or three to six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently provides a high level of service to all guests, external and internal
  • Drives vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner mindful of The Broadmoor reputation at all times.
  • Transport visitors and staff while working closely and in coordination with fellow shuttle drivers.
  • Transports and delivers packages or other items to and from designated locations as needed
  • Conducts effective communication with Supervisors and Park employees using radios in a professional manner.
  • Is responsible for conducting park orientation speech and providing passenger guidance; pre and post visit.
  • Assists passengers with loading and unloading when needed
  • Able to operate the wheelchair lift safely and correctly on the handicap-accessible shuttles
  • Responsible for alerting Park Supervisors or Director of Operations of guest feedback deemed valuable for correcting or enhancing attendance relations and experiences.
  • Conducts thorough pre-trip safety/damage inspection of assigned vehicles
  • Fills out required paperwork and forms
  • Reports any accidents or damage to a vehicle to the Director of Operations immediately.
  • Inspects, cleans and reports any maintenance issues with shuttles on a daily basis.
  • Keeps vehicles fueled
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • All other duties assigned by Park Supervisors or Director of Operations
