With an annual salary range of $100K to $200K, the potential for growth is limitless. This is based on the sales generated and closed. You are also eligible for a Quarterly Bonus! Who we are looking for: Sales Generators: Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive conversions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Self-Starters: A self-starter is a highly motivated and proactive individual who takes initiative, works independently, and drives tasks forward without needing constant supervision. Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 5-Star Customer Service: Valuing customer service ensures trust, satisfaction, and long-term relationships by delivering professional, courteous, and high-quality service that meets the customer's needs. Driven: Results-focused, enthusiastic about meeting challenges, and consistently push themselves to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the sewer, plumbing, construction, or related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling sewer, plumbing, or home improvement services/products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate leads for sewer-related products and services, including sewer line repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored sewer solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients, showcasing products and services that meet their specific requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain a deep understanding of sewer systems, products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Stay up to date with technological advancements, regulations, and best practices in the sewer industry.
- Educate customers on the importance of proper sewer maintenance and the benefits of services like inspections, cleaning, and repairs.
