Requirements

Proven track record of sales success.
Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and sales applications.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and increase profits.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and match them with appropriate products and services.
Negotiate, close deals, and maintain key client relationships.
Create accurate and detailed sales proposals for smooth installations.
Provide comprehensive product and pricing details to customers.
Promote MillTown Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to generate referrals.
Participate actively in training sessions.
Understand the market area and customer needs thoroughly.
Contribute to setting and achieving sales goals.
Be available for weekend work as required.
