About The Position
Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as an Industrial Sewing Operator at our Greenfield , Indiana location. Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. Requirements
- An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job.

Nice To Haves
- Prior sewing experience strongly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Cutting fabric and sewing with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and getting the best possible yield
- Ensuring sewing equipment is operating correctly
- Other miscellaneous jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations
Benefits
- Pay starts at $14/hour for novice sewers and sewers with verified experience are eligible for $15/hour
- Potential for a performance-based increase of $2.00/hour in the first year of employment
- $120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for eligible employees
