Start Building With Us! SEWING PRODUCTION Our ideal team member is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands. You take pride in quality work and being part of a team that delivers great products to customers. 1st Shift: 5a-2:30p ($18/h) Monday – Friday | Some overtime during peak season 2nd Shift: 1:30p-10p ($20/h plus 8% premium) Monday – Friday | Some overtime during peak season Continuous Flexpath: 40 hrs per week plus OT now through the end of Peak Season. Off Season work Tues-Thurs (24 hrs) and get a paid additional day for not working (paid for 32 hrs). In 2025, Peak Season was Jan-Sept. Off Season was Oct-Nov ------------------------------------------------- No Sewing Experience? No Problem. Some roles include sewing machine operation, but many do not require prior sewing experience. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a production team, we’ll help you find the right fit. Requirements

Responsibilities

Sling assembly
Cushion stuffing using fiber or foam inserts
Cushion finishing and closing for a polished final product
Cushion scanning and sealing
Boxing and palletizing finished goods
Fabric folding and preparation
Operating machines for grommets, zippers, buttons, and seat ties
