Whether you want to catch the game on one of our widescreen televisions while enjoying one of the 14 draft beers on tap, or enjoy a mixed drink with your loved one on the patio overlooking our beautiful pool, 17° South is the place to do it. ROLE Primarily responsible for preparing shake orders and serving guests in Arturo’s pizza. This position will also work alongside cooks to prepare pizza by the slice for guest’s order. This position requires positive communication skills and a high level of detail. This position pays an hourly rate plus tips.
Requirements
- Previous pizza or shake experience a plus but not required
- Previous cash handling experience required 1 year
- Highly organized and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shake orders to exact recipe specifications and deliver to 17 South, when needed.
- Greet customers, take orders for shakes and pizza, answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.
- Stock and execute prep recipes for the shake shop and Arturos.
- Maintain cleanliness at all locations, ensuring operations are following health department guidelines.
- Develop understanding of Micros POS system to ring and collect payments for orders
- Follow proper LGG cash handling guidelines
- Communicate needs to cooks and prep cooks in a professional manner
- Prepare cash drops and reconcile receipts daily
- Help other staff clean and restock all areas
- Follow opening and closing procedures
