The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for SharePoint Online and on-premise environments, ensuring seamless collaboration, reliability, and data integrity across the organization. This includes managing permissions, configuring advanced security settings, organizing site collections, and maintaining associated databases to support both business continuity and compliance objectives. Conduct regular system maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations. Implement updates, patches, and enhancements to keep the platform secure, current, and aligned with evolving organizational needs and Microsoft best practices. This individual will configure, deploy, and manage SharePoint solutions, workflows, and document libraries designed to automate routine tasks, streamline communication, and centralize knowledge management. Leverage the Microsoft Power Platform-including Power Automate and Power Apps-to design custom workflows, forms, and applications that extend SharePoint's native capabilities. Utilize the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to build and maintain modern web parts, interactive pages, and dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights and improve the overall user experience. The SharePoint Administrator will work collaboratively with cross-functional business units, department leaders, and IT teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate operational needs into scalable SharePoint solutions. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and maximize platform utilization. Serve as the primary point of contact for all SharePoint-related initiatives, ensuring consistent governance, adherence to organizational policies, and alignment with long-term digital transformation goals. Through a combination of technical expertise and stakeholder collaboration, continuously enhance SharePoint's role as a strategic enterprise tool that promotes efficiency, transparency, and productivity across the organization.
